Policy Economic Leads
privacy policy applies to current clients, past clients and
where applicable to prospective clients. The Advisor will not
sell Client's personal information to anyone. Advisor will not
disclose personal information to third parties unless one of the
following limited exceptions applies.
- Advisor will disclose personal information to the
Custodian of Client's account, such as Ameritrade, as
necessary to conduct transactions and service Client's
account.
- Advisor may disclose or report personal information in
limited circumstances where he believes in good faith that
disclosure is required or permitted under law, for example, to
cooperate with the State Securities Board of Texas, other
regulators or law enforcement authorities and to resolve
client disputes.
- If during the tax preparation season an accountant whom
Advisor believes in good faith to be Client's personal
accountant requests information necessary for tax preparation
Advisor will disclose that information. For example, if the
accountant knows the date and amount of an asset which was
sold under Advisor's management he will disclose the date and
amount of the purchase.
- Advisor will disclose information to a third party when
Client gives specific instructions to do so.
Advisor collects personal information in the normal course of
business in order to administer Client's account. Advisor
collects information that Client provides him in opening an
account including but not limited to: name, address, phone
number, e-mail address, birth date and social security number.
Advisor saves any correspondence client sends. Advisor collects
all the transaction information generated in the account he has
been authorized to manage, this includes balances, positions and
history. He collects performance data based on these
transactions.
Advisor protects Client's personal information. He restricts
access to Client's personal information to himself. He maintains
physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect
personal information.
Client will be informed prior to any material change in the
privacy policy. |
